Description:
The SL series (R107), which was launched in 1971 as the successor to the so-called “Pagoda” (W 113), established a new design line at Mercedes-Benz with its wide-beam H4 headlamps and large ribbed tail lamps. The appearance of the R107 was style-defining for Mercedes-Benz design in the 1970s.
A total of 237,287 vehicles were built between 1974 and 1989, of which only 13,742 were 300 SLs (R 107 E 30)!
This 300 SL Roadster was produced for the European market and delivered on 22.10.1985. The vehicle has only 4 previous owners and its colour is still mostly original paint. The total mileage is 81.200 km only. The on-board folder with service booklet as well as an exceptionally complete and extensive documentation are available.
This is an almost untouched original vehicle of the last series of the legendary R107 series with very good bodywork.
