This Alfa Romeo 2600 Spider combines Italian car design of the 1960s with sporty driving performance. With its powerful 2.6-litre six-cylinder engine and a 5-speed manual gearbox, this convertible was the absolute top model from Alfa Romeo.
According to confirmation from the Alfa Romeo archives, the Spider offered here with bodywork from Touring was delivered to Kuwait on 1 April 1963. The car later came to South Africa before being sold to Germany a few years ago. According to the available photo documentation, the Spider was extensively restored a few years ago. The car was stripped down to the bare bodyshell and then reworked in all assemblies. Among other things, the vehicle was converted to Weber carburettors. The car impresses with its elaborate and well-documented restoration.
