Description:
The DB 6 was the further development of the iconic DB5. In order to achieve better driving behavior at high speeds, the rear was lengthened by 10 cm and provided with an aerodynamic spoiler lip. This so-called Kammheck, named after the aerodynamics pioneer Wunibald Kamm, characterizes the shape of the DB 6.
Between 1965 and 1970 only 1.504 DB 6 were produced.
In October 1965 this DB6 with Chassis 2351 was produced as the first car of the DB 6 Series – painted in Silver Birch which was the famous colour of James Bond`s DB 5. The car came to Germany in 1996 to the last owner who restored the car during the last 25 years. All work was well documented and the car comes with a big history file. “Matching-Numbers” and colour!
A very rare opportunity to acquire the first Aston Martin DB 6 MK I Coupé!
