Description:
As the successor of the DB 5 which became famous for the legendary James Bond movies, the DB 6 has a longer wheelbase and a significantly larger interior. The DB 6 became known by a test report in the magazine “Autosport” issue 11/1966 which attested the car a top speed of then fabulous 152 mph (245 km/h).
Between 1965 and 1970 1,327 examples were made.
The vehicle presented here was restored a few years ago on an almost untouched coachwork and a total mileage of just 50000 miles. During restauration, the vehicle was converted to Left-hand drive. In the past 5 years the car has been driven regularly and was serviced by Aston Martin specialists.
This DB 6 is extremely well documented. Build sheet, heritage certificate, logbook and the original approval comes with the car.
