In 1957 the famous 300 SL Gullwing was replaced by the 300 SL Roadster which was produced till May 1963 . 1.858 Roadster were built in total.
This 300 SL Roadster was delivered to Amsterdam, Netherlands in an elegant brown colour (428 Bucheckerbraun – that only 3 of the 300 SL Roadster had from new) with a nice Interior in creme (1060) and nature ( 1068) in 1959. 3 years later, in 1962, this Roadster was exported to Caracas, Venezuela. In Venezuela the car changed ownership again and was later sold back to the Netherlands ( Ockhuisen Collection ) . Now the car comes with a german registration. This 300 SL Roadster is equipped with disc brakes in front and a 5-Speed gearbox.
