    Description:

According to the vehicle documents available, the vehicle presented here was manufactured in its original version in England in 1964. In 1998, a well-known Hamburg entrepreneur ordered this Jaguar MK II with a “Beacham complete restoration with modern technology”. In 1999, the car was extensively technically modified by the Beacham company in Auckland, New Zealand. In the course of the historic registration in Germany, the modern engine of the XJ40 was replaced by an original Jaguar 3.8 ltr. engine. Since its full restoration, the car has been driven only 8,990 km and serviced by reputable specialists. The vehicle is technically and optically in very good condition. The interior is almost as good as new. The offer price is only a fraction of the original purchase price.

Based on the 2.4 and 3.4 litre models introduced in 1955, the MK II was created between 1959 and 1969 and was offered with 2.4, 3.4 and 3.8 litre in-line six cylinder XK engines. The Jaguar MK II was called the “iron fist in a silk glove” and remains a legend to this day. Its sporty performance, combined with a solid construction and a body that, despite its narrow dimensions, offered space for five people, made the car the first compact sports saloon in the upper middle class.

    Equipment:
Power steering, leather upholstery, root woods, el. seats and heated seats, central locking, air conditioning, el. steel sunroof, automatic seat belts, historic sports steering wheel, folding tables in the rear, automatic transmission, stainless steel exhaust system.

    Engine:
    6-cylinder-inline engine, 3.781 ccm, 3.8 l engine from 1967, 220 PS
