The Bentley Turbo R is powered by a 6.75-litre turbocharged V8 engine and has a four-speed automatic gearbox.
The ‘R’ in the name stands for ‘Roadholding’ and refers to the car’s improved handling and better grip. This is primarily due to the wider tyres and improved, lowered suspension of the chassis. Compared to its predecessor, the Turbo R is also characterised by a more powerful engine that delivers up to 389 hp.
According to available documents, this lovingly maintained Bentley was originally delivered to Japan. In 1996, the car came to Germany, where it has changed hands twice so far. A major inspection with replacement of various wear parts totalling €17,000 was recently carried out.
