    Description:

The Jaguar XK 140 is a high-performance two-seater sports car and the successor of the XK 120. The production started in 1954 and until 1957 a total of 3,350 examples were produced.

The Jaguar XK 140 presented here was delivered to its first owner Gordon E. Nichols in New York on 14 December 1956. Later it came to Germany and was fully “frame-off” restored by a marque specialist. Numerous photos are available, documenting the extensive work done to this beautiful “Drophead Coupe”. Since the restoration the car has been in one hand. A few years ago, Jaguar specialist Michael Groß retrofitted a 4-speed automatic transmission by ZF. The car is “Matching-numbers!” A Jaguar Heritage Certificate comes with the XK. The XK impresses with its wonderful colour combination, the outstanding condition and the fantastic driving characteristics! An ideal and reliable classic car for historic rallye events!
