Description:
The chassis was acquired in 1980 by John Paul Sr. for JLP Racing (USA) directly from the Porsche racing department, and subsequently completed with a Kremer K3 body. In 1982 the car was sold to Kevin Jeanette / Gunnar Racing and campaigned in the IMSA series. Thanks to its comparatively short racing history, the car is today in an exceptionally original condition. All major components have been preserved to a remarkable degree and fully correspond to the original specification of the Porsche 935. In the years that followed, the car was owned by renowned European collectors and took part in major historic motorsport events, including Peter Auto events, the Le Mans Classic and races at Silverstone.
With a freshly rebuilt engine, this presents a great opportunity to acquire an authentic Porsche 935 K3!
