Description:
Mercedes presented the W121BII model at the Geneva Motor Show in March 1955. At the same time, Mercedes also presented the super sports car of the time, the 300SL (“Gullwing”). In its shadow, the 190 SL, technically based on the “Ponton” Mercedes, was to achieve success. The 190 SL became successful and is still the symbol of the economic miracle era.
This 190 SL was registered according to available data card on 19.10.1955 in Schwandorf/Bavaria for the first time. The very early 190 SL was completely restored over many years by a SL specialist. Only original Mercedes parts were used, which the restorer meticulously collected worldwide over the last 15 years. Everything is correct in detail like the car has left the factory in 1955 .
With original luggage set. Matching numbers and matching colours!
This 190 SL is Mille Miglia ready!
