Description:
The SL series (R107), which was launched in 1971 as the successor to the so-called “Pagoda” (W 113), established a new design line at Mercedes-Benz with its wide-beam H4 headlamps and large ribbed tail lamps. The appearance of the R107 was style-defining for Mercedes-Benz design in the 1970s.
A total of 237,287 vehicles were built between 1974 and 1989, of which only 13,742 were 300 SLs (R 107 E 30)!
This 300 SL Roadster was originally delivered to Switzerland in 1988 and came back to Germany a few years ago. There are 3 owners from new registered with a total mileage of just 120.692 km. This vehicle received an extensive wax preservation by the company TimeMAX. The on-board folder with its service booklet is available.
This is an almost untouched original vehicle of the last series of the legendary R107 with excellent bodywork and a very well-kept condition.
