    The Series one was shown at the Salone dell’Automobile di Torino in 1962, as a 2+2 seater coupé with an adorable and unobtrusive alignment by Michelotti. In a driving report of the British magazine “Auto Sport” from 1963, John Bolster, who was a very restrained character, called the Maserati  Sebring “an epitome of a luxurious Gran Tourisme Car from which you can still get off happy and satisfied even at the end of a very long day trip.

    Overall only 446 examples of the 3500 GTI Sebring were produced.

    According to an extensive photo documentation this beautiful Maserati was fully restored by marque specialists in Netherlands some years ago. The car has been modified to Weber carburetors. The body is absolutely smooth and the clearances are all even. The beautiful lines of the series I and last but not least the attractive colour scheme make the car particularly desirable. The 5-speed gearbox allows the car to be driven at higher speeds without hesitation. A a valuation report from Classic Data is available. The vehicle drives excellently.
