    Description:

The Swabian Georg Autenrieth was born in 1881 and he became aware of his passion for coachwork and vehicle construction at an early age.
After working for NSU, he founded his company in 1912 and initially produced vehicle bodies on behalf of FIAT and NSU. Although the Darmstadt company never advertised and only produced to order, his customer base grew steadily. Since all vehicles were designed and realized individually, Autenrieth was one of the most exclusive coach builders in Germany for a long time.

The chassis was built on 15.11.1955 and delivered to Baden-Baden. The car first ran in the NRW area and then spent many years at Chiemsee in Bavaria, Germany where it underwent an extensive “frame-off” restoration some time ago. Only a small handful of exemplars of the vehicle presented here were produced. The new price at that time was on the level of a Mercedes 300 SL.

2-door convertible 2+2, manufacturer “Erste Darmstädter Karosseriewerke Georg Autenrieth”

    V-8 light-alloy engine of a BMW 3200 Super, ca. 3.168 cm³, ca. 160 hp

    275.000,00 €

(§ 25 a, no tax to be shown)
